Wow, where do I start I signed up for Scott’s shred in 7 and enjoyed absolutely every part of it from boot camp to the exercises at home reaching my step count etc. The food plan was so easy to follow and I enjoyed my plan from week 1. I felt absolutely amazing with so much more energy each week increasing. Whilst going out celebrating my birthday I even lost that week. I started my 7-week shred after being referred to Scott by my sister, who had insane results from the 1-1 coaching that he offers. It was very much out of my comfort zone but I followed the guidance he gave and really saw a difference from just the first week alone. I did have a holiday during the shred but after Scott’s advice, it really made me open my eyes to better choices while being away.
The help and advice given on my shred have given me the knowledge that I will continue to use going forward. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to get a kickstart for summer and start feeling more confident and happy about themselves!

I joined SR Fitness at the beginning of this year, classic after Christmas get your arse in gear with the aim to get fitter but also shift some weight before summer. SI7 was discussed not long after me getting back into the swing of things, after having a chat with Scott about if it was suitable I was buzzing to get started. Scott & the team really opened my eyes to how to fuel your body correctly and the importance of consistency. The accountability of this programme is a HUGE motivation. When I first came across the programme, I messaged Scott with the questions I had and told him what I wanted to achieve before my holiday. He answered all my questions and said it would be perfect for me. He wasn’t wrong.
I joined hoping to lose at least a stone in weight and really wanted help with understanding nutrition. I got both of these and more! With a fixed routine for workouts and set out meal plans, I was able to achieve these results. It’s given me a much better understanding of what I should eat and how much. With the workouts, I’m now the strongest and fittest I’ve been in years.
